Projects
Let’s see our projects
GEARBOX SUPPORT STAND
The scope of work in this project was to design a gearbox support stand to be mounted on existing beams on site, safe working load calculations, stress analysis, order material, coordinate fabrication and deliver on site. See Attached drawings for gearbox support stand and a picture of final product.
DESIGN OF STRAINER SPOOL PIECE FOR PROCESS WATER
The scope work in this project was to design a strainer spool piece to separate debris from process water based on in-kind replacement. We performed wall thickness calculations on all component i.e shell, pipes, elbows based on piping design temperature and pressure. We also performed FEA on modified elbows. We were also responsible in ordering the material, coordinate fabrication and deliver on site. See attached drawings and pictures of fabricated strainer spool piece.
DESIGN OF TANK OF THE STORAGE OF PROCESS WATER
The scope of this job was to design a rectangular tank that is open to the atmosphere for the storage of process water, then tank had one inlet, outlet and drain nozzle. We performed wall thickness calculations for the tank following guidelines of roark’s formulae. We also checked wall thickness requirements for inlet nozzle, outlet nozzle and drain nozzle. See attached drawings and pictures of final product
DESIGN OF PUMP EXHAUST DRUM
The scope of this project was to design pump exhaust drum. This drum consist of two inlets connected to the outlet of the pump, the Outlet and drain nozzle. The product in this pump is steam, we included x2 deflector plates on drum inlets to protect the shell against corrosion. AFC drawings, calculations, and pictures of the final product for this drum is attached.
